Our Story
Seven years of helping Australians take control of their weekly budgets, one family at a time.
The Beginning
valornethius started in a cramped Brisbane apartment when our founder realized existing budgeting apps were too complicated for everyday Aussie families. After watching his sister struggle to track her weekly grocery spending, he knew there had to be a simpler way.
First 500 users signed up within three months, all through word-of-mouth recommendations from frustrated parents who finally found a budgeting tool that actually worked for their busy lives.
Growth & Recognition
We moved operations to Bundaberg and expanded our team to twelve people. This year marked our transition from a simple budgeting app to a comprehensive weekly financial planning platform that understood Australian spending patterns.
Reached 15,000 active users across Queensland and New South Wales. Launched our signature "Payday to Payday" planning system that became our most popular feature.
National Impact
Last year brought significant expansion as valornethius became available nationwide. We partnered with community centers and introduced our educational workshops, helping over 3,000 families develop sustainable weekly budgeting habits.
Our users collectively saved over .4 million in unnecessary weekly expenses. We also launched our scholarship program, providing free financial literacy workshops in rural Australian communities.

Stellan Bridgwater
Founder & CEO
Stellan spent eight years working in banking before starting valornethius. He witnessed firsthand how traditional financial planning often failed regular families who simply needed help managing their weekly cash flow. His background in community banking taught him that the best financial tools are the ones people actually use consistently.
